Use of personal data
Personal data is data that provides information about your identity or that can be traced back to you. Retention periods
Dionar B.V. shall not retain the personal data for longer than is necessary for the realisation of the purposes for which it is collected or processed.

Confidentiality and disclosure to third parties
Dionar B.V. shall not use the personal data for other purposes or in a different way than the purpose for which the personal data is provided or acquired.   The personal data shall not be provided to third parties unless this exchange takes place on your instruction or within the framework of the execution of the agreement or if this is necessary in order to comply with a statutory obligation. We only store your personal data in countries within the European Economic Area, unless you have given us written permission.

Security and data breaches
Dionar B.V. shall safeguard the security of the personal data in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and shall take adequate technical and organisational measures to that end. For example, we will ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data and that the access to your personal data is protected. Our technical security measures are checked and tested regularly. If something goes wrong, however, and a data breach occurs, we will take action. We will solve the data breach and register it. If necessary, we will report the data breach to the regulator and/or you as data subject.

Right to inspection
You can enquire which personal data about you is known within our organisation. Obviously, this right only relates to your own personal data and not to that of any other person.

Right to rectification and erasure
If you have detected inaccuracies in your personal data you can submit to us a request to have your personal data rectified, protected or deleted. You can do the same if your personal data is incomplete, if you are of the opinion that the personal data is not relevant to the purpose for which it was collected or is used by us in any way that is in breach of the law.
